Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll notify you within 1 business day and offer a refund or alternative.
Pricing
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but once an order is confirmed the price is locked in for that order.
Order acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation doesn't guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Any payment taken will be fully refunded.
Payment
Secure checkout
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are SSL encrypted and processed by Stripe — we never store your card details.
Liability
Products are supplied for their intended use only. LINX Essentials is not liable for damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
